I started looking for a condo in the la Quinta area at the start of the 2019 year. Reagan reached out to me and was one of the most understanding realtors that I have ever encountered. She went above and beyond my expectations when I was looking for a condo. Since I do not live in the la quinta area, Reagan was easily adaptable. She was able to communicate with me via text, email and phone calls to answer my questions and to fulfill all of my needs when making the decision on which condo to purchase. She was always eager to accommodate my busy schedule, which resulted in me finding my perfect condo! She was truly one of the most patient, kind and knowledgeable real estate agents I have met. We are from out of state and Reagan made the experience absolutely seamless and enjoyable. We had limited time to come to town, so when we did she was able to maximize our time and even picked us up and dropped us off. For the properties we couldn’t physically see she was able to take short videos and provide a virtual walkthrough. She is very knowledgeable about the architecture and neighborhoods And strives to show us areas that matched our lifestyle. Reagan is the best realtor you can find. Hire her immediately. She takes time to get to know her sellers and buyers. She is super thorough and won't keep you guessing. She keeps in constant communication. Upon visiting our home she gave staging recommendations, and after our first open house a week after listing we had 3 offers.
